June 2009 - We now accept credit and debit cards
We listen to our customers and constantly look for ways to make our services more
affordable. Following recent customer’s feedback, Alton Services now accepts all
major credit and debit cards as a form of payment for our building and decorating
services. Whether you require a large scale house extension or just a modest painting
and decorating job done, this new capability is designed to help you to fund the
work.
April 2009 - We extend our geographical presence
The demand for out high quality building and decorating services is growing, as well as our company. Starting from this month, Alton Services has decided to extend the geographical area we serve, which now includes Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Warwickshire and Oxfordshire, up to a distance of 30 miles from Milton Keynes.
February 2009 - Introduction of a FREE contact number
We all know that the recession is hitting very hard indeed and everyone is looking for simple ways to avoid unnecessary expenditure. To help our customers to save money during these difficult times, Alton Services is offering a free phone contact number. In contrast to many other builders and decorating contractors, we help our customers to spend less by offering extremely competitive prices on all work, as well as save them excessive charges for mobile phone calls.
January 2010 - Set-up of a new-builds division
Alton Services is proud to announce the recent set up of our new-builds division to cater for the increased level of enquiries for this service in recent months. Despite many building companies suffering problems during times of economic downturn, we have seen our work load steadily increase and have now created a new-builds division to address the growing demand. We have invested heavily in tradesmen recruitment and staff retention to ensure that the quality team of professional builders provides an unrivalled building service to the residents and businesses in Milton Keynes and surrounding area.
March 2010 - We Join Federation of Mater Builders
Alton Services is proud to announce that we have been accepted as full members to the Federation of Master Builders (FMB). The FMB was established over 60 years ago and is the largest trade association in the UK building industry. We have been awarded the membership status following rigorous checks of references, financial appraisals as well as on-site inspections by the FMB experts. Our full membership in FMB ensures that quality of our building work and customer care practices are independently assessed on regular basis and found to be compliant with the Federation’s high standards.
