Modern rear extension with a very high spec structure, accessories and finish. The project includes construction of the extension, internal property alterations, new kitchen plumbing, installation of multi-section folding doors and glazing, lighting and electrical wiring throughout the ground floor, gas works. Because the extension site stands on top of remains of a medieval house, this project included hugely complex steel-reinforced foundations and concrete floor. All works completed in 8 weeks, ahead of the originally anticipated schedule.

MODERN REAR EXTENSION
Tring, Hertfordshire

Top quality rear extension with glass roof and multi-section folding doors. The extension projects into a North-facing garden and accordingly was designed to capture as much light as possible. Despite having mainly glass walls and roof, the extension keeps heat well and is very warm even in coldest days of winter. In summer it is ventilated using openings in the roof. The project included groundworks, brickwork, electrics, plumbing, floor tiling, plastering and internal decoration. All works completed in 4 weeks.

HIGH-SPEC BATHROOM RENOVATION
Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Single storey kitchen extension at the back of a timber-frame dwelling in Toddington, Bedfordshire. The customer was interested in increasing the size of the existing kitchen by 40% to accommodate a dining area for the family and make the new kitchen a focal social place of their home. Apart of construction of the extension structure, Alton Services have provided a complete range of refurbishment and installation services for the new kitchen. All works completed within 9 weeks.

SINGLE STOREY KITCHEN EXTENSION
Toddington, Bedfordshire

Family bathroom renovation project in Leighton Buzzard. Works included elements of complex glass mosaic tiling, adaptation of beautiful mango tree drawer chest to support a free-standing wash basin and plumbing alteration to move units to new locations. Despite all the tiles and bathroom units are some of the best quality items available on the market, the project was completed within a competitive budget. All works completed in 10 days.
